I had this piece roughed out for several years( along with about 100 other pieces in my shop).With this extra time on my hands,I decided to finish it .Sanded to 240 grit and used Deft spray lacquer.I spray outside to reduce the amount of fumes in the shop.Two coats of sealer with rubbing with oooo steel wool in between ,followed by two coats of satin finish.
